Our vision in terms of career guidance is to assist individuals (adults and children) to make informed choices based on an evaluation of their interests, aptitude and values and motives. We assist clients in discovering various career choices as well as subject selection by following various processes including conducting assessments using various tools, discussions with a client regarding results, discussion and agreement of action plans. These assessments generally focus on the individual’s interests and motives, and the bearing these may have on an individual’s career choice and success. In terms of children we realise its imperative to provide them with appropriate advice and guidance on subject selection as well as provide guidance to Grade 12 students regarding career direction.
